VERY LATEST NEWS

We held our 2010 AGM in January 2011.  The top table has been completely refreshed.

Elaine has kindly stepped in to the role of Secretary, succeeding Colin W who has held that honour for some years.

In addition to continuing to produce the humerous and informative newsletter, Kay succeeds David as Treasurer. David has kept the books impeccably for the two years he held office, vindicated by a completely independent audit at the end of 2010. He and Sheila remain dedicated members of the society.

I am truly honoured to hand the chair to Peter Stocks.  Peter is a many-decade experienced birdkeeper, is very well connected with other expetrs and long standing folk in the aviculture world, is passionate about bird preservation and breeding, and will without any shadow of a doubt move the society forward in a way I was unable to do.
